‘SETE Training’ partners with Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne to organize seminars in Greece

SETE training, pillar of education and vocational training at the SETE Institute (InSETE), has launched a strategic partnership with Lausanne Hospitality Consulting (LHC) and will organize three specialized training seminars for Greek hospitality professionals on food and drinks and Revenue management. LHC is a consultancy and continuing education subsidiary of the Swiss university Lausanne Hotel School (EHL).

Creating value in the restaurant industry ” is the title of two seminars which will take place in Athens from February 26 to March 1 and in Heraklion, Crete, from March 19 to 22. The seminar will focus on issues related to cost control strategies, menu creation and costing techniques.

The keynote speaker for both seminars will be Alain Najar, EHL alumni, who traveled the world (Kuwait, Dubai, Madagascar, Syria, Egypt) for 13 years and worked for large international hotel chains, including Hilton, Sheraton and Accor. His area of ​​expertise includes food and beverage management, cost control, quality management, quality and service design, and customer experience.

SETE Formation will also organize a seminar on “Maximize income and manage distribution” and will take place in Athens from February 27 to March 2. Participants will be briefed on topics such as pricing strategies and hotel distribution strategies.

Horatiu Tudori, senior member of the EHL faculty, will be the keynote speaker at the seminar. Tudori has specialized in Revenue Management since 1999 and he teaches this course for the Bachelor and EMBA programs.

All seminars will be conducted in English.
