Lavazza Coffee announces the opening of its first Canadian training center in Toronto


The latest addition to the iconic Italian coffee brand’s global network of training centers to open this month

TORONTO, 21 October 2021 / CNW / – Lavazza Coffee is pleased to announce that it will be opening its very first training center in Canada in Toronto, today, 21st of October. Lavazza’s training centers have been promoting coffee cultivation around the world for over 25 years and the announcement of the latest addition to the network is part of the Italian coffee group’s long-term plans to expand its presence in the North American market.

The first Canadian Lavazza Coffee training center will join the brand’s network of “coffee universities” that currently exist through Europe, Asia, Australia and United States. Led by a certified specialty coffee trainer, Raichel Neufeld, Lavazza’s training center will serve to educate baristas, catering staff, salespeople, distributors, newly hired staff, media and opinion leaders on the proper use of Lavazza products as well as all that. they need to know about coffee – acting as a guide and reference for catering professionals by offering ideal solutions, courses, refresher courses, training paths and more for those who have chosen to make their passion for coffee is a profession.
